SocialWave Technologies Inc. is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team in Toronto.

The successful candidate will play an key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating stock movements, monitoring supplies, and supporting efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Track inventory levels and identify stock requirements.
Coordinate receiving, storage, and movement of products.
Process inventory updates in internal systems.
Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.




Support purchasing and replenishment activities.
Assist with improving inventory control processes.

Qualifications
Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with inventory software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems is an asset.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
