Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision
Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and sanitizing surfaces
Bussed tables and cleared dining areas during service to support smooth food service operations




Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times

Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and cleaning procedures is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential for success in this role
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
