Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Siding Installer / Carpenter to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing exterior siding and performing various carpentry tasks to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial buildings. Duties
Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials using hand tools and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to ensure accurate installation
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying caulking to ensure proper adhesion and weatherproofing
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support project timelines
Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, trimming, and finishing to meet project specifications
Maintain a clean work area, organize tools, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times




Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications
Proven experience with siding installation, carpentry, or general construction work
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans accurately
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working at heights
Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing and sealing joints
Handyman experience is a plus for versatile problem-solving on-site
Valid construction experience with a focus on exterior finishings preferred

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
