Responsibilities
Support experienced installers in measuring, cutting, and fitting cabinetry according to project plans and schematics
Assist with reading blueprints and schematics to understand installation requirements
Help prepare work sites by organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment
Participate in the installation of cabinets, countertops, drywall, flooring, tile, and siding as directed
Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform assembly, rebar installation, caulking, and finishing tasks
Contribute to construction painting, masonry work, roofing, plumbing, electrical tasks, and restoration projects when needed




Aid in heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure productive workflow while maintaining safety standards

Skills
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for construction projects
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Knowledge of drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, siding, roofing, and caulking techniques
Experience or interest in masonry, woodworking, cabinetry installation, or general carpentry
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safety protocols at all times
Solid attention to detail with good problem-solving skills during assembly or installation tasks
Willingness to learn technical skills such as CNC operations or construction estimating is a plus

This apprenticeship is designed for individuals with some construction experience or handyman skills who are eager to expand their expertise across multiple trades. Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 10.0 per week
