Blue Maxx Basement Systems is currently hiring Construction Labourers for repair and build projects. We are a construction company based in Winnipeg — specializing in foundation repair, recent foundations, structural repairs, and helical piles.

Duties Include:

- Site prep, demo, and excavation support for foundation work
- Installing waterproof membrane, weeping tile, and concrete repair products
- Assisting with helical pile installation, wall bracing, and structural repairs
- Setting ICF and other concrete forms
- Loading and unloading material and equipment
- Running shovels, wheelbarrows, power tools, and compactors
- Keeping the site clean and safe, and working to the lead hand’s plan

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation to Oak Bluff location
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet through a full shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in Manitoba conditions, including heat, rain, and cold
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Able to understand and follow safe work procedures

Considered an asset:

- Experience with foundation repair, concrete repair,



carpentry, or waterproofing
- Experience using skid steer, excavator, etc.
- Concrete forming or ICF experience
- Confined space, first aid certification, or other certifications

Other Details:

- $20–25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start with variable end times
- We are located at 3300 McGillivray Blvd, Oak Bluff. Most jobs are in the greater Winnipeg area, with work throughout southern Manitoba.
- Work with a small crew using industry-leading foundation systems. Training will be provided.
