Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs to foster a positive store atmosphere
Restock shelves with fresh products, ensuring accurate merchandising and attractive displays
Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing excellent cashiering service
Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing aisles regularly
Support inventory management by conducting stock counts and assisting with product rotations
Use communication skills to coordinate with team members for maintenance needs or store updates




Assist in operating forklifts when necessary for heavy lifting or stock movement, following safety protocols

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members in bilingual or multilingual settings
Excellent organizational skills to keep shelves tidy and stock well-maintained
Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout shifts; attention to cleanliness and safety standards is essential
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing friendly service
Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced retail setting
