Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our opening team and help shape our beverage program from day one.

Responsibilities
Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver rapid, consistent, high-quality service
Engage with guests and provide menu knowledge
Maintain cleanliness and bar organization
Support inventory and stock control
Collaborate on cocktail development and specials

Requirements
Previous bartending experience required
Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Serving It Right certification (BC)
