Customer Service Representative / Car Wash Attendant

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Car Wash Attendant to join our team at the regional airport in Deer Lake.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
Assist customers with questions and requests.
Wash, clean, vacuum, and prepare vehicles.
Safely drive, move, and park vehicles as required.
Follow company and airport safety procedures.
Complete basic computer and daily operational tasks.
Maintain a clean and qualified work environment.

Requirements
Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual,



and hardworking.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with physical work and vehicle cleaning.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or vehicle experience is an asset but not required.

Schedule
40 hours per week.
Flexible availability required.
Weekend availability is mandatory.
Shifts may include evenings, nights, and shifts ending as late as 2:00 a.m.
