Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with residential gas-fired equipment up to 400,000 BTU (including air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless units, boilers, furnaces, etc.)
Understand customer needs, offer estimates and coordinate with Sales department on products (earn commission on leads generated!)




Communicate with internal departments to ensure you have everything you need to complete the job
Ensure secure work practices are understood and followed
Utilize current technology and mobile software to track jobs, receive assignments and document services provided

Qualifications/Certifications:
G2 Gas Licence
2+ years of experience in an HVAC service role
Valid Ontario driver's licence with clean driver's abstract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
