Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Equipment Operator & Slab Prep Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, preparing construction slabs, and supporting our project teams in maintaining a secure and efficient work setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile multifamily projects while honing your skills in heavy equipment operation and construction.

Duties
Operate excavators, skid steers, and other job-site equipment
Perform slab preparation for plumbing installations




Excavation and trenching for underground plumbing
Backfilling and compaction
Gravel placement and grading
Assist with underground piping layout
Prepare slab penetrations and sleeves
Coordinate with foremen and site supervisors
Maintain equipment and complete daily inspections
Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
