Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays, organize stock on shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills




Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while ensuring excellent customer service standards are met

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Robust communication skills in English
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and inventory management is advantageous
Ability to perform basic technical tasks such as product demos or using store technology tools
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and stock levels
Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and effective interpersonal skills
