Apply to a growing company providing food distribution in Northern Ontario. Reliable Dairy/ 705Foods is seeking a motivated and reliable inside Sales/ Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
Manage incoming calls and effectively resolve customer questions, concerns , and service issues.
Generate and process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and prepare bank deposits
Review and prepare customer orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment.
Oversee daily order-picking to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
Plan and schedule delivery routes for three drivers, optimizing service levels and delivery efficiency.
Monitor and maintain inventory records using the Odoo ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and stock availability.
Track and manage refridgeration and freezer equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and operational status.




Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support needs, coordinate account activities, and drive business growth.
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Quickbooks, with experience in invoicing, payment tracking, and general accounting functions.
Experience with Odoo ERP/ Inventory Management Software is considered and asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, suppliers, and team members.
Highly dependable, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

*Experience working in a distribution, wholesale, food service, or dairy-related environment is an asset.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
