Avery HR is looking for a General Labour - Assembly associate to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will help assemble mechanical and electrical components while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Location: Brampton, ON (Goreway & Steeles)

Hours: Day shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm - $20.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will have robust mechanical skills, some electrical experience, and the ability to use manufacturing tools and read basic schematics. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
Use calipers and other measuring tools to check part accuracy.
Assist with electrical wiring and mechanical assembly while following safety procedures.
Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.




Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Experience
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Valuable mechanical skills and experience using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
Ability to use calipers and read schematics and technical drawings.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Ability to follow instructions accurately in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
