We’re looking to add another salesperson to the team here at M&M; Performance in Kelowna. We’re not necessarily looking for someone who has worked in the powersports industry before, although that would definitely be an asset. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, outgoing, competitive, hungry, good with people, and wants to build a career in sales. If you already have sales experience - automotive, RV, powersports, retail or otherwise - that’s definitely an asset. But attitude, work ethic and a willingness to learn are just as significant to us. You’ll get to work with some pretty awesome products from Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Triumph, Sherco and Stark VARG, along with a great team and a solid existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

-Welcome and engage with customers in our showroom
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

-Manage sales leads, answering an returning phone calls, texts and emails




Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Skills:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Experience with Lightspeed an asset

-Experience with Facebook marketplace, social media, Office applications

Current store hours are Tuesday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, Saturday 10am-4pm.
