Key Responsibilities:
Support patients throughout their healthcare journey
Coordinate transportation for medical appointments
Schedule medical services and appointment logistics
Provide wellness and emotional support during visits

Requirements:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
Experience with First Nations communities required
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Valid Alberta Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
