Join our agile warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our rapid-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities
Perform accurate order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders efficiently
Manage shipping and receiving activities by inspecting inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
Utilize Shopify's native system to track inventory levels, update stock records, and process transactions
Utilize 3rd party shipping software such as zonos and ShipStation to ensure on-time fulfillment and navigating cross border declaration procedures.
Assist with inventory control through regular cycle counts and stock audits




Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications
Proven warehouse experience in receiving, picking, packing, and sorting inventory.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as Shopify's native system or similar platforms
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Solid understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
Experience with load & unload operations using heavy equipment in a fast-paced setting
Experience and knowledge in e-commerce is considered an asset.
Passion for Anime and adjacent industries are welcome.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
