As the Principal Architect for Fixed Wireless at Xplore Inc., you will harness advanced engineering skills to manage new technology initiatives and optimize wireless network performance. Your work will encompass translating architectural goals into executable strategies, with a specific focus on RAN features and RF enhancements. Partner closely with various teams to ensure features are validated and deployed efficiently while driving measurable improvements in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee RAN feature testing and vendor capability assessments • Develop and document engineering validation plans • Engage in RF and network performance optimization • Collaborate with field operations for deployment efficiency • Drive corrective actions and performance improvements
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering • 5-10 years in wireless performance engineering • Deep understanding of MIMO and beamforming technologies • Proficiency in OSS analytics and performance monitoring • Solid stakeholder management and collaborative skills
