Elevate distributor performance as a Regional Welding Process Trainer at ITW. This role requires welding expertise and exceptional facilitation skills to enhance technical proficiency and engagement.
In this dynamic position, you will support training initiatives across regions, working closely with Channel Sales Managers and regional sales teams. Your role includes delivering engaging technical training sessions, developing multimedia learning materials, and serving as a regional technical advisor on welding processes and products. Collaboration with distributors and internal stakeholders will be key to driving educational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement regional training initiatives alongside sales teams
• Deliver training through webinars, e-learning, and in-person sessions




• Develop training materials in partnership with marketing and product teams
• Coordinate course scheduling and identify training needs
• Maintain training facilities and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of hands-on welding experience
• Proficiency in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW; CWI preferred
• Solid presentation and coaching abilities
• Familiarity with instructional design principles
• Willingness to travel 40-60%
