Overview

Speedvale pet hospital in Guelph , ON is looking for a full time Veterinary Receptionist / Assistant to join our team. Please note this is a Monday to Friday position.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-ins
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
Maintain electronic medical records accurately
Handle billing and insurance verification tasks
Assist with administrative duties as needed

Experience
Prior experience with Avimark, Microsoft, or similar electronic medical records systems Required.
Knowledge of veterinary terminology is a must
Experience working in a veterinary office setting is a must
Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
Robust administrative skills with attention to detail
Multitasking is highly valued.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
