Overview

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and relationship management support to both existing and current wholesale customers. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and ongoing support.

Key Qualifications
Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related field
Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer account requests, including account setup, maintenance, pricing updates, and tax exemption documentation
Create, update, and maintain customer records within D365 CRM
Support sales, credit, invoicing, distribution,



and account management teams with customer-related requests
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across customer accounts and CRM systems
Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and account management processes
Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders

Work Environment
Full-time, office-based position located in Calgary, Alberta
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience
Experience supporting wholesale, retail, distribution, or business-to-business (B2B) customers
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, credit, or finance teams
