Key Responsibilities:
Lead and train Aircraft Deicers on safety protocols and SOPs
Provide daily briefings and report shift information to management
Perform pre-event checks and maintain de-icing equipment

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age
Previous supervisory experience preferred
