Enhance engineering practices at Irving Shipbuilding as a Technical Engineering Engineer-in-Training. Collaborate on projects, ensure process integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in this full time role. As part of the Technical Engineering Team, you'll work closely with the Manager of Technical Engineering. This position is essential in maintaining process accuracy, managing acceptance activities, and supporting various engineering projects.

Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration and identifying opportunities for improvements while ensuring adherence to engineering standards. Key Responsibilities:
Own tracking of acceptance and assurance activities
Develop metrics and reporting for decision-making




Analyze root causes of issues using lean methodologies
Create user guides and documentation for processes
Identify improvement prospects across engineering activities Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
0–6 years of relevant engineering experience
Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement
Project Management certification is an asset
