As a Part time Event Marketing Associate, you’ll work 10–20 hours weekly, managing 4–6 hour shifts from Wednesday to Sunday. Your key role includes connecting with potential customers at home shows and festivals while helping setup booths to showcase our brand. This position offers a unique prospect to gain hands-on marketing and sales experience while receiving performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:



• Represent BathWorks at various local events • Initiate conversations with homeowners about bath remodels • Schedule in-home consultations through a proven approach • Assist in booth setup and breakdown at events • Create a memorable first impression of the BathWorks brand

Requirements: • Outgoing and confident with solid communication skills • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Able to lift 20–30 lbs for event logistics • Available 10–20 hours weekly, Wednesday through Sunday • Willingness to travel to events across Michigan
