Are you ready to be part of Regina’s coolest independent hotel? The Atlas is looking for enthusiastic Banquet Porters and Banquet Service Staff to join our energetic team in our busy banquet and function spaces!

Your Primary Responsibilities Include:
Set up and take down event spaces according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) floor plans
Fulfill all linen requirements for each event
Execute on event details that go above and beyond the standard floor plans, ensuring every detail is covered
Execute client requests to ensure a personalized event experience
Carry out BEO instructions with attention to detail
Provide service with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of function rooms and support spaces

Qualifications:
Has 6 months to 1 year of hospitality or banquet experience (more is a bonus, but not required)
Is over the age of 19
Is outgoing, confident, versatile,



and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace
Enjoys working with a diverse range of guests and team members
Holds a Serve It Right certificate (or is willing to obtain one)
Is physically able to lift and move banquet equipment and supplies
Has open availability or flexibility to work on holidays, weekends, and evenings as required
