Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and detailed specifications.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with developers, QA teams, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Prioritize requirements based on business value and project objectives.
Support solution design and validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
Participate in UAT, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate defect resolution.
Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and project-related risks.
Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations when required.




Identify prospects for process automation and operational improvement.
Support project implementation, user training, and post-production activities.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of business analysis and requirement-gathering techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of process modeling and workflow documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convert complex business requirements into transparent technical documentation.
