Salesforce implementations/projects for nonprofit organizations Design solutions on the Salesforce platform including 3rd party application integration, data migration, and automation Transform business requirements into technical designs, document business process flows, facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders Serve as the first point of escalation for clients Support sales cycle and resource planning for team members Gather feedback from clients and team in order to implement best practices and lessons learned from project retrospectives to improve Passion Fruit’s delivery approach Complete your Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment Excellent communication and business writing skills Salesforce.com Admin Certification required, Salesforce.3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required Any accommodation needed will be provided by Passion Fruit throughout the recruitment, selection, and or/assignment process to applicants with disabilities.
