Join our team as an RPN on a 6-month contract, focusing on resident care in a retirement setting. Your nursing skills will be essential for assessments, care coordination, and teamwork. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing support through initial and ongoing resident assessments.

You'll coordinate care actions based on prescribed plans and report nursing information to the healthcare team. Effective communication with residents and their families is critical in this setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments for high quality resident care
- Co-ordinate nursing actions for prescribed care
- Report pertinent care information to health team members
- Delegate relevant tasks to Personal Support Workers
- Maintain effective communication with residents and families

Requirements:

- Nursing diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Geriatric experience preferred
- Background in retirement industry is an advantage
- Availability for shifts and weekends
