Duties

- Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste, sweeping and mopping.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle food safely by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently throughout service
- Provide updated inventory (weekly and monthly) to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Provide friendly guest services by responding promptly to customer needs and inquiries

Skills

- Previous food service experience or kitchen work background in Asian cuisine preferred




- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques with FoodSafe (or recognized equi
- Ability to perform meal preparation tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients and cooking styles preferred
