- Develop policies and objectives for the Social Services Department
- Conduct assessments focusing on residents' cognition
- Create supportive environments for residents
- Facilitate advocacy for families in need
- Chair interdisciplinary meetings and follow up as needed

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma in Social Service Work
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers
- Expertise in crisis intervention and counseling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work flexible schedule and bilingual in English and Chinese
