This role guides CPKC’s Freight Claim Center in resolving commodity claims across the unique North American rail network. You will play a key part in strengthening relationships, optimizing processes, and preventing future losses through effective management strategies. Collaborating with operations and legal teams, you’ll ensure a robust focus on compliance and performance metrics.
