Review construction activities and document compliance in Field Observation Reports
Coordinate site work with architectural and engineering leads




Manage timely submittals for construction managers
Monitor compliance with structural standards by testing agencies
Respond accurately to RFIs to maintain contractual clarityRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in civil or structural engineering
Minimum 5 years experience as a structural Contract Administrator
Robust knowledge of Ontario Building Code and CSA standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
