Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tile Lead/Foreman to join our dynamic installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of tile surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and prepare tiles using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate fitting and alignment.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to execute tile installation projects accurately.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar for optimal tile adhesion.
Install tiles on floors, walls, countertops, and other surfaces with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Apply caulking around edges and joints to create a seamless finish and prevent water infiltration.
Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.




Conduct inspections during and after installation to verify proper placement, levelness, and durability of the tiles.

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, cutters, levels, and saws used in tile installation.
Construction experience with a focus on flooring installation and tile laying techniques.
Ability to read blueprints accurately to guide installation processes.
Strong knowledge of flooring materials, adhesives, grout application, and caulking procedures.
Experience with carpentry skills that support surface preparation and framing tasks.
Handyman experience is a plus for troubleshooting on-site issues quickly.
Valuable physical stamina for standing, kneeling, lifting heavy materials, and working in various environments.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
