Duties
Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling with efficiency and professionalism
Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately
Assist veterinary staff with animal handling, feeding, cleaning, and basic care procedures
Maintain organized patient records, update medical histories, and process documentation accurately
Support laboratory tasks such as sample collection, preparation, and basic testing when needed
Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and inviting for both pets and clients




Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatments, follow-up care, and clinic policies

Requirements
Strong passion for animals and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members
Previous laboratory experience is highly desirable to support diagnostic procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable handling animals of various sizes and temperaments with patience and care
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings if required
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in veterinary care and client interaction

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
