We are looking for an experienced Nurse Consultant who will provide critical support to our Directors of Care and management team. This role focuses on overseeing clinical programs, ensuring compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, and coaching interdisciplinary teams.

You will be integral in shaping our organizational vision and enhancing resident care services.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide Directors of Care in legislative compliance
Lead development of corporate policies and care programs




Monitor quality improvement initiatives and compliance outcomes
Support fiscal management and budget development
Participate in recruitment and staff performance assessments

Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Advanced education in gerontology and care administration
Proven management experience in long-term care
Robust communication and mentoring skills
Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies
