Incorporated in 1986, Continental Travel Group provides a complete range of travel arrangement services, including corporate, leisure, and group travel for domestic, trans-border, and international trips by air or land. The company also offers leading-edge online travel booking technology, giving clients flexible, self-service tools to manage travel spend. This focus on technology and service supports efficiency, cost savings, and strong adoption of corporate travel policies.

Role Description The Corporate Travel Consultant is a full-time hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for arranging and managing corporate travel itineraries, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and related services.

Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on travel options, interpreting and applying corporate travel policies, and using booking tools and global distribution systems to secure reservations. The consultant will handle changes,



cancellations, and complex itineraries while delivering responsive, professional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and suppliers, along with accurate documentation and adherence to company procedures, is key to success in this position.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to advise clients and optimize travel programs.
- Experience planning and coordinating Travel Arrangements, including air, land, and accommodation bookings.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Reservations systems and online booking tools, including GDS platforms and corporate booking technology.
- Previous experience in corporate travel or a travel agency environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of domestic, trans-border, and international travel regulations, fare structures, and supplier policies.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including onsite collaboration in Winnipeg, MB and remote work.
- Relevant travel industry certification or diploma is an asset.
