This full time role emphasizes personalized treatment and therapeutic group sessions. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Counsellor will work as part of a clinical team focused on addiction recovery.

You'll assess client needs, facilitate group therapy using evidence-based methods, and create recovery plans tailored to individual goals. This role entails a commitment to the well-being of clients through crisis intervention and education. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions
- Utilize therapeutic techniques in group support

Requirements:

- Licensed or certified counsellor qualification
- Relevant degree in social work or psychology
