$105,000- $115,000 base + bonus and benefits Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position provides hands-on support across accounting operations, financial reporting, and treasury functions for the organization’s corporate and trade entities. The role contributes to the oversight of core accounting processes while supporting cash management, budgeting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, and plays a part in mentoring and supporting the accounting team. Responsibilities Review and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Perform bank reconciliations, tax filings (HST), month-end close activities, and monthly financial reporting across all entities Track and analyze daily cash activity, prepare cash flow projections, and assess the impact of upcoming transactions on cash balances Review payroll reconciliations, chargebacks, and intercompany or management fee billings Develop annual budgets and support quarterly forecast updates for corporate and trade operations Manage the financial setup of current trade entities, including system implementation, banking arrangements, WSIB registration,



and billing processes Coordinate year-end audit processes and act as a key liaison with external auditors Assess internal controls and accounting policies, recommending enhancements to improve compliance and reduce risk Review workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and operational improvements Support special projects and ad hoc requests from the Director of Finance Qualifications & Experience CPA designation with post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting role Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting requirements Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functional Experience with Yardi or similar accounting systems is considered an asset If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply now.
