This hands-on leadership role requires solid communication and problem-solving skills, along with a solid foundation in technical construction practices. You will coordinate workforce activities, enforce safety regulations, and guarantee the highest quality standards, ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with trades and workforce
Coordinate site activities among subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct site safety orientations and weekly meetings
Enforce OHS and York's Health and Safety Program
Maintain field documentation and conduct daily inspections Requirements:
Minimum 1 year in a similar role
Experience in light industrial and commercial projects
Leadership for Safety Excellence certification
Fall protection and forklift experience required
