Elevate operations as the Process Engineering Lead at Purolator, Canada’s top logistics provider. This role demands expertise in process evaluation, performance excellence, and compliance in a hybrid office and warehouse workplace.

Reporting to the National Manager of Deployment & Integration, the Process Engineering Lead will drive process improvements in First and Last Mile operations. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in network logistics and a background in Industrial Engineering or related fields. You will assess current processes, develop best practices, and support operations with training and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead evaluation of processes and technologies in operations
• Develop routines to meet quality and performance standards




• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Document the voice of the customer for process assessment
• Manage data collection and improvement strategies

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in Transportation/Supply Chain industry
• Experience in Courier First and Last Mile operations
• Solid analytical and leadership skills
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred
• Proficiency in MS applications and UAT experience
