YWCA Hamilton is seeking a CAP Coordinator to support women accessing Carole Anne’s Place, an Out of the Cold program. You will assess needs, provide crisis intervention, counseling, referrals, and advocacy while coordinating with partners and maintaining confidentiality in a trauma-informed framework. The role requires post-secondary education in Social Work or related field, weekend availability, and ability to support programming across housing services.
