Uptime and operational efficiency for critical systems with top-notch service. In this role, you will operate and maintain essential systems supporting the TRDC Data Centre.

Your responsibilities include daily monitoring, inspections, and immediate response to anomalies. You'll work a rotating 42-hour shift to guarantee seamless operations and provide exemplary customer service to the Capital Markets Trading Floor staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Control Centre and UPS systems effectively
- Monitor critical systems and record data daily
- Understand SOPs and EOPs for emergency situations
- Adjust temperature/setpoints and conduct monthly testing
- Provide support covering shifts due to absence

Requirements:

- 2-5 years' experience as Electrician or HVAC Technician
- Data Centre experience preferred
- BES 1&2 or 4th Class Power Engineer certificate
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
