- Provide brief assessments and service recommendations
- Coordinate access to internal and external resources
- Support clients with trauma-informed care strategies
- Facilitate culturally relevant practices and interventions
- Assist in linking individuals to appropriate services
Requirements:
- Preferred degree in Social Work or Indigenous Studies
- 3 years of experience in VAW and crisis services
- Specialized knowledge in mental health and addiction
- Robust project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with community services for Indigenous populations
