The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) to oversee store standards in customer service, department readiness and operational processes. You will coach associates, handle escalations and ensure a protected opening/closing process.
As a member of the store leadership team, you will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on performance, talent planning, and daily decisions to deliver exceptional shopping experiences for customers.
