Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, develop new business, and manage existing accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

This position involves both customer service excellence and proactive sales strategies, including outside sales and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies for outside sales and business development to expand our client portfolio
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales activities by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals
- Utilize marketing tools and techniques to generate leads and increase brand awareness in target markets
- Leverage analysis skills to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships




- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and support technical sales initiatives

Qualifications

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development experience with a focus on expanding market reach
- Excellent account management capabilities to nurture ongoing client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in sales growth efforts
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and inform sales strategies
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in French is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients
