Responsibilities

- Receive and review monthly premium reports (bordereaux) from Managing General Agents (MGAs).
- Enter and upload premium, policy, commission, and exposure information into internal systems.
- Check bordereaux for accuracy, completeness, and required information.
- Reconcile premium reports against accounting records, previous submissions, and supporting documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and data errors with MGA partners.
- Ensure monthly premium information is recorded accurately and on time.
- Track outstanding or late bordereaux and follow up with MGAs as needed.
- Escalate significant or recurring issues to Program Managers.
- Follow company procedures, reporting requirements, and data quality standards.

About You

- Preference for candidates that have worked in insurance and are familiar with terminology
- Great communication skills (a lot of internal communication)

Pay Range

$23 - $25 per hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
