In this full-time position, you will lead a team dedicated to community health. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee PSWs and HSWs to maintain high care standards
• Address concerns raised by staff and families
• Conduct regular leadership huddles and individual meetings
• Initiate safety incident investigations when necessary
• Support nursing documentation and submission guidelines
Requirements:
• RN or RPN registration with no restrictions
• At least 5 years nursing experience
• Proficient in patient health assessments
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Valid driver’s license and access to transport
