This position reports to the Supervisor of the Media Section and demands effective organization and effective verbal communication. With at least 2 years of lab experience, you’ll be preparing media and supplies while ensuring safety and compliance. You'll work within a Windows setting and must be familiar with medical and technical terms.

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare and distribute laboratory media and supplies • Ensure compliance with health and safety practices • Maintain accurate records in the Laboratory Information System • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors • Assist in establishing work priorities and schedules

Requirements: • Medical Laboratory Assistant diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience • Knowledge of privacy legislation (PHIA) • Effective verbal communication in English • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
