Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute financial statements regularly
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and owners' needs




• Collaborate on annual budgets with the Core Team
• Manage cashflow and validate tenant charge accuracy
• Prepare working files for annual audits
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years relevant property accounting experience
• Advanced skills in MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Experience with Yardi 7s Property Management software
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Robust analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
