Key Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation files from initiation to resolution
• Provide assessments on liability and damage quantum




• Draft legal opinions, pleadings, and motions
• Conduct Examinations for Discovery
• Represent clients at hearings and trials

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or Bachelor's degree in law
• Minimum seven years of insurance defence experience
• Proven expertise in trials and arbitrations
• Knowledge of Accident Benefits and Bodily Injury
• Valuable standing member of the Law Society of Ontario
