Key Responsibilities:
• Write and prepare Facility/Building Condition Assessment reports
• Conduct research using property records and blueprints
• Compile and organize assessment reports accurately




• Collaborate with coordinators for effective project delivery
• Provide administrative support including document management

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in Facility Condition Assessment
• Familiarity with VFA software and asset management tools
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and personal vehicle access
